Chef and owner Erick Harcey’s growing love of third-wave coffee has inspired him to expand Victory 44 to include Victory 44 Coffee and Provisions. Harcey will grow his business into the space next door and the shop will contain, according to a blog post by local food writer Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl, “Victory 44 charcuterie, Victory 44 pickles and sauces, the special little cheeses and honeys that chefs love and Victory 44 take-out!” No date has been set for the opening of this North Minneapolis gem, but stay tuned—it could be sooner than you think.
