The Year That Was

If the rumors are true, and 2012 is the last year we’ll have to enjoy the Twin Cities, we should probably spend the time wisely, right?

DOWNLOAD METRO'S 2012 PRINTABLE CALENDAR

To help you plan your 2012 bucket list, METRO’s Adam Marks has created our first-ever printable calendar. The calendar features more than 50 events we think you ought to make some time for, from this weekend’s Red Bull Crashed Ice competition to the 10-second Film Festival in July and the return of the Soap Factory's Haunted Basement in October.

We’re still learning a lot about what 2012 will hold – Live Nation and First Avenue remain mum about who they’re bringing to town this summer – but we’ll try to fill in the details as they become available so you don't miss a thing.

For now, though, plan on another fantastic year of food, fashion, music and community. And if this is indeed the last hoorah, well, it’s been real.
