Think your guacamole is holy (as in, it's so good it has legions of devoted worshipers)? Prove it at the ultimate Twin Cities GuacOff, where teams compete to see whose avocado sauce is tops-according to distinguished panel of judges as well as METRO readers. If competition isn't your bag, simply show up for this great summer fiesta.

Teams:
Teams are comprised of a maximum of 5 people. You will be given the basic ingredients for guacamole (keep in mind you are making enough guacamole for 200 guacoff fans) – 40 avocados, 4 onions, 5 tomatoes, 1 bunch of cilantro, 2 limes and salt and pepper. You are allowed to bring 3 secret ingredients. We encourage you to get creative with your ingredients, team name and presentation. Teams will be judged on the following categories: Most Authentic, Most Unique, Best Team Name and Audience Choice. There is no entry fee for GuacOff teams.
